Replacement Policy

Replacement, Returns and Cancellations

Every crystal that is bought from Devas Unlimited is special – a gift to yourself or a loved one. We therefore take utmost care in creating and inspecting the product thoroughly and pack it carefully. Returns, replacements and cancellations are subject to terms & conditions as mentioned below.

Returns

Due to the sensitive nature of the products, we have a no returns and no exchange policy.

Replacement

If products are damaged in transit before reaching you, we will replace the product. For replacement of the damaged product, you will need to email us within 14 days of receipt of the product. The product will be replaced by an item of equal value. We will need your order no or ID, and the pictures of the damaged product. Replacement will not be done WITHOUT pictures of the damaged product. You can email us details at contact@devasunlimited.com.

Items not eligible for replacement:

  • In case, the replaced product is higher value than the original product purchased, the customer will have to pay the difference between the new product chosen and the value of the old product, before dispatch. If the value of the new chosen product is lesser than the old product then, the difference will be refunded.
  • Devas Unlimited reserves the right to refuse replacement or refund based on the discretion of their experts.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before the order is shipped by Devasunlimited.com. Post shipping the order will not be cancelled.

You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded.

An order cannot be cancelled once the item has been delivered to you.
